Liriodendron tulipifera 'Fastigiatum' is a medium-sized, narrow, deciduous tree of columnar habit, with upright branches parallel to its trunk. As it matures, it gets pyramidal form. Unique, exotic-looking, 4-lobed, glossy green leaves turn vivid golden-yellow in autumn. Its large, tulip-shaped, yellow-green flowers, orange at the base, bloom in late spring and early summer. It’s a columnar variety of the Tulip tree with two advantages – narrower form and ability to bloom after only 5-7 years. Tulip Tree Fastigiatum prefers fertile, loose, slightly acidic, moist, well-drained soils. It thrives in full sun, but tolerates partial shade. It is deep rooted and resistant to frost, wind and air pollution. Generally, pest-free and disease-free. It doesn’t require regular pruning. Liriodendron tulipifera 'Fastigiatum' is a beautiful columnar with attractive foliage and lovely yellow flowers, suitable for medium-sized gardens. Great as a specimen plant. When planted in groups, excellent for informal hedges and screens, large alignments, urban areas.

About Us

During this time, we have developed a large stock of trees, mature evergreen shrubs, conifers, Japanese maples, cedars and olives. What sets us apart from a generic garden center is solid unwavering focus on trees and some bigger shrubs. You will find thousands of trees, hundreds of varieties and lots of experts who are working on the nursery and more than willing to help you to choose a plant for you.

What you will not find is hot tubs, garden furniture and plastic garden gnomes. In a nutshell, trees is what we know and trees is what we do, and only trees (and some shrubs to go with the trees).
