Pittosporum tenuifolium 'Elizabeth' is an upright, rounded, bushy, evergreen shrub with simple, leathery, narrowly oval, wavy-edged, glossy, grey-green leaves with irregular, creamy margins, tinted pink in winter, on slender, black stems. In cold winters, pink colour is more prominent. Clusters of small, star-shaped, sweet-scented, dark-purple flowers bloom in late spring and early summer. Pittosporum tenuifolium 'Elizabeth' can grow in a wide range of soils, but prefers fertile, moist, well-drained soils. It thrives in full sun or partial shade. It can withstand some cold, but needs to be sheltered from cold, drying, winds. It is tolerant of drought, salt, therefore, suitable for coastal areas. Generally, disease-free. Low maintenance plant, tolerant of hard pruning. Pittosporum tenuifolium 'Elizabeth', with its pink-green leaves on black stems, is a beautiful and unusual shrub, perfect for cottage, coastal, and urban gardens. Great for hedges and screens, shrub borders, wall-side borders, and growing in containers.

About Us

During this time, we have developed a large stock of trees, mature evergreen shrubs, conifers, Japanese maples, cedars and olives. What sets us apart from a generic garden center is solid unwavering focus on trees and some bigger shrubs. You will find thousands of trees, hundreds of varieties and lots of experts who are working on the nursery and more than willing to help you to choose a plant for you.

What you will not find is hot tubs, garden furniture and plastic garden gnomes. In a nutshell, trees is what we know and trees is what we do, and only trees (and some shrubs to go with the trees).
