Trachelospermum Jasminoides ‘Star of Milano’ is a vigorous, evergreen climber, with twining stems, glossy, oval, variegated, dark green and creamy-white, leaves. Clusters of lovely, very fragrant, star-shaped, pink flowers bloom abundantly from May to September. Star jasmine ‘Star of Milano’ grows best in fertile, well-drained soils in full sun, but it can tolerate partial shade and most soils conditions. Once established, it is tolerant of drought. It is resistant to frost, but needs to be protected from cold, drying winds. Doesn’t require pruning, but it can be pruned in early spring to promote bushy growth. Generally, disease-free and pest-free. Very easy to grow and maintain. Trachelospermum Jasminoides ‘Star of Milano’, with its highly fragrant flowers and attractive evergreen foliage, is a beautiful vine suitable for informal, cottage, coastal, and urban gardens. It is perfect as a ground cover or low clipped hedge. Excellent for covering walls, fences, pergolas, arbours and trellises. Great for planting in pots.

Arundel Arboretum is a shrub and tree retail nursery with over 40 years of experience.

About Us

During this time, we have developed a large stock of trees, mature evergreen shrubs, conifers, Japanese maples, cedars and olives. What sets us apart from a generic garden center is solid unwavering focus on trees and some bigger shrubs. You will find thousands of trees, hundreds of varieties and lots of experts who are working on the nursery and more than willing to help you to choose a plant for you.

What you will not find is hot tubs, garden furniture and plastic garden gnomes. In a nutshell, trees is what we know and trees is what we do, and only trees (and some shrubs to go with the trees).
