Unit price perCampsis flava, often known as the yellow trumpet vine, is a highly suitable choice for gardeners looking to introduce bold color, wildlife interest, and a touch of the exotic to their outdoor spaces. This vigorous deciduous climber thrives in full sun, where it produces its most abundant flushes of bright yellow, trumpet-shaped flowers throughout summer. Its blooms are highly attractive to bees, butterflies, and hummingbird-like pollinators, making it an excellent plant for wildlife-friendly gardens.
Campsis flava is best suited to warm, sheltered positions, such as south-facing walls, pergolas, or sturdy trellises. It can tolerate a range of soils, provided they are well-drained, and once established it is impressively drought-tolerant, making it a strong performer in low-maintenance or Mediterranean-style gardens.
