The Heuchera 'Silver Gumdrop' is a striking, compact perennial admired for its vibrant foliage and petite stature. This variety, also known as coral bells, features eye-catching, silvery leaves with a prominent burgundy underlay that gives it a distinctive appearance. Throughout the summer, delicate, bell-shaped pink flowers bloom on slender stems, providing a lovely contrast to the foliage.
Reaching a height of about 20-25 cm (8-10 inches) and a spread of 30-35 cm (12-14 inches), 'Silver Gumdrop' is perfect for adding texture and colour to garden borders, containers, or shaded areas. It thrives in well-drained soil and partial to full shade, making it a versatile addition to various garden settings. Not only is it low maintenance, but it is also attractive to pollinators, adding ecological value to its ornamental appeal. Its year-round interest and hardy nature make it a popular choice among gardeners. Perfect as a groundcover, edger along paths, in shady shrub borders, under the trees and shrubs, or in pots and containers. Suitable for informal, cottage, woodland, and urban gardens.

Arundel Arboretum is a shrub and tree retail nursery with over 40 years of experience.
About Us
During this time, we have developed a large stock of trees, mature evergreen shrubs, conifers, Japanese maples, cedars and olives. What sets us apart from a generic garden center is solid unwavering focus on trees and some bigger shrubs. You will find thousands of trees, hundreds of varieties and lots of experts who are working on the nursery and more than willing to help you to choose a plant for you.
What you will not find is hot tubs, garden furniture and plastic garden gnomes. In a nutshell, trees is what we know and trees is what we do, and only trees (and some shrubs to go with the trees).
