    Chamaecyparis Alumi Gold is a slow-growing, narrowly conical, medium-sized, evergreen coniferous tree with a feathery foliage. The needle-like leaves are golden green with dark gold tips. Small, oblong cones are rarely produced. Chamaecyparis Alumi Gold is easy to care for. It grows best in average, slightly acidic or neutral soil. It can tolerate chalk and grow in almost any type of soil, as long as it is moist and well-drained. Thrives in full sun, in a sheltered position. It doesn’t need any pruning except when it is used for hedges. Foliage may cause skin irritations. Chamaecyparis Alumi Gold is a very nice tree with a golden foliage colour that looks great all year round. It makes a nice addition to any garden. It can be used for screens and hedges, large borders, or as a specimen plant.
