Clusters of fragrant, creamy-white to yellow flowers bloom in early summer and are followed by small, round fruits. Attractive to birds and bees. Tilia cordata grows best in average, fertile, loamy, medium moisture, well-drained soils in full sun or partial shade, but is adaptable to a wide range of soil conditions.
