Unit price perElaeagnus ebbingei Compacta is a compact, dense, fast-growing, evergreen shrub with colourful twigs and branches – colours range from orange-brown, honey to sandy yellow. Leathery, glossy dark green leaves have silver undersides. Flowers are small, creamy, inconspicuous, but have nice, sweet fragrance. They bloom from late summer to autumn and are followed by deep red, edible fruit.
Elaeagnus ebbingei Compacta can grow in wide varieties of soils, as long as they are well-drained. It prefers average, medium moisture, well-drained soil, in full sun or partial shade. Once established, it can withstand drought, wind, and salt spray. In very cold climates, its shallow roots should be protected from frost. Generally, pest-free. Low maintenance.
Elaeagnus ebbingei Compacta, with its compact habit and lovely silvery-green foliage, is a great addition to any garden – informal, cottage, urban or coastal. It is perfect as a background plant, for hedges and screens, in shrub borders, or planted in containers.

Unit price perGriselinia littoralis is a large, dense, fast-growing, upright, evergreen shrub with soft, glossy, broadly oval, light green leaves. Inconspicuous, small, yellow-green flowers bloom in spring and are followed by small, purple-black fruits if both male and female plants are grown together. Griselinia littoralis can grow in various types of soils, but prefers moist, well-drained soils in full sun. It likes sheltered areas. Once established, it is tolerant of frost, harsh winds, and salt spray, therefore, very suitable for coastal conditions. Generally, pest-free and disease-free but may be affected by leaf spot. Low maintenance plant that can withstand heavy pruning. Griselinia littoralis has an attractive foliage and is a perfect plant for formal or informal hedges and screens. It quickly establishes a mature hedge and is easy to trim. One of the most suitable species for coastal areas. Great for wall-side borders in sunny positions.
Note: Because of nature of the plant, it can be 80-90cm height and very bushy or 110-120cm height less bushy at the bottom. It all depends on the season and when they were last pruned. If you need exact measurements send us an email before or after placing an order, we can then email you the exact measurments and fresh images of the plants

Unit price perPhotinia 'Little Fenna' is an attractive evergreen shrub, renowned for its vibrant foliage and compact growth habit. It boasts glossy, oval leaves that emerge a striking red in spring, gradually maturing to a deep, rich green. This bi-colour effect creates a striking visual appeal, adding a burst of colour to the garden. In autumn, the older leaves can take on shades of bronze and burgundy, providing additional seasonal interest. The new growth's red hue is particularly vivid in sunny positions, making it a fantastic feature in borders, hedges, or as a standalone specimen.
Reaching a height and spread of approximately 1.5 metres, 'Little Fenna' is more compact than other Photinia varieties, making it suitable for smaller gardens or as a container plant. Its dense growth habit also makes it an excellent choice for creating a low hedge or privacy screen. Additionally, this shrub is known for its resilience and low maintenance requirements. It is tolerant of a range of soil types, provided they are well-drained, and can thrive in both full sun and partial shade.
In late spring, 'Little Fenna' produces clusters of small white flowers, which are followed by red berries in the summer if pollinated, attracting birds and beneficial insects to the garden. Regular pruning can help maintain its shape and encourage the vibrant new growth that defines this variety.
Photinia 'Little Fenna' is also fairly resistant to common pests and diseases, although it is advisable to keep an eye out for leaf spot. Overall, its stunning foliage, manageable size, and ease of care make 'Little Fenna' an excellent addition to any UK garden.
